Moving businesses beyond basic accounting
Ledger Tree Financial Group helps growing businesses with bookkeeping, tax advisory, CFO advisory and M&A advisory services.
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, the firm primarily works with service-based businesses generating approximately $1 million to $20 million in annual revenue, while also supporting companies in other industries.
Bringing finance-team insight to growing businesses
Michael founded Ledger Tree after seeing the value professional finance teams provide inside established companies—and recognizing that many small-business owners do not receive the same level of financial information, guidance or responsiveness.
Ledger Tree exists to close that gap by combining accounting support with practical financial guidance, helping owners understand their financial position and make decisions with greater clarity.
Four principles behind every engagement
Communication
Clients should understand what is happening and why.
Responsiveness
Important financial questions deserve timely, thoughtful attention.
Education
Reports are more useful when owners understand what the numbers mean.
Practical value
Financial work should help owners operate, plan and decide more effectively.
Established businesses ready for stronger financial support
Ledger Tree primarily supports established privately held businesses with annual revenue between $1 million and $20 million. Service-based businesses are the main focus, while companies in other sectors are also supported when they need stronger accounting, planning or strategic guidance.
